Socio ("we", "our", "us") operates a location-based social media mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Socio app.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in Europe. We enforce strict access controls to ensure users can only access their own data and public content. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with encryption in transit and at rest.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate the app:
- Cloud database provider (data hosted in Europe)
- Anonymized analytics provider
- Crash reporting service (no personal data)
- Push notification service
- Subscription management service
- Apple / Google (in-app purchase processing)
7. Data Retention
- Posts expire automatically (24 hours for free users, 7 days for premium)
- Account data is retained until you delete your account
- Roulette chat conversations expire after 5 minutes if not kept
8. Your Rights (GDPR)

- Correct inaccurate data (via profile editing)
- Delete your account and all associated data (Settings > Delete Account)
- Export your data (Settings > Privacy > Export My Data)
- Withdraw consent for data processing
Account deletion permanently removes all your data including posts, comments, messages, photos, and profile information.
9. Children's Privacy
Socio is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover an underage user, their account will be immediately terminated.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app.
